Friday Weigh-In

Time to weigh-in! How did things go this week? Did you eat all your veggies?

  1. I am very excited that after a disappoint week last week, I went down 1.5 lbs this week for a grand total of 3 lbs! Not a lot, but definitely something!

    Taking a break today though. It's my birthday and I'm making myself some cupcakes and I'm going to enjoy them!

  2. Well, the good news is that for about the last year. I have not significantly gained any weight but I really haven't lost any either. I am still between the 190-195 bracket. However, I did eat a little better this week. I went to a lunch & learn that talked about nutrition and it was a little bit inspiring. I think I am going to try harder than I have before.

  3. Wow! Getting back to walking and reducing the high sugar foods has really helped. I lost 4 pounds from last Friday's weight. I know not to expect that result again and will be happy with a 1 to 2 pound loss.

  4. I didn't have a Dr's appt this week, so I haven't weighed in. I will let everyone know on Friday how I've done. Hoping to see some results. :)
